Common Issues

Can't log in: Use "Forgot Password" on the login screen, or sign in with Apple if you originally used that method.
Purchase not restoring: Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used at purchase.
Progress not saving: Ensure you are signed in with an account (not Guest mode). Guest progress is stored locally only and is not synced to our servers.
Sign in with Apple — name not shown: Apple only shares your name on the very first sign-in. If your name is missing, email us and we will update it manually.

Delete My Account

You have the right to permanently delete your ExamForge account and all associated data.

Email examforge@carbonnetworksecurity.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” and include the email address linked to your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted: your account credentials, display name, email address, and all quiz and exam progress.

What is retained: anonymised aggregate statistics (no personal identifiers) and purchase transaction records required by law.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also revoke access via: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Sign in with Apple → ExamForge → Stop Using Apple ID.
