Carbon Network Security LLC (“we”, “us”) operates the ExamForge mobile application (iOS and Android). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.

We do not collect location data, contacts, camera access, or any other sensitive information beyond the above.
If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay email address (@privaterelay.appleid.com) instead of your real email. If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and name. We store and use only what the provider shares and never attempt to resolve or de-anonymise relay addresses.
Using the app as a guest requires no account. No personal data is collected or transmitted. Quiz progress in guest mode is stored locally on your device only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Purchase transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

ExamForge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
